Payment for your Meal Prep Subscription Plan is due in full at the time of order. This ensures your meals are confirmed, ingredients are purchased fresh, and preparation begins on schedule.

We understand that plans may change — if you need to cancel within the appropriate cancellation window, your balance will be prorated accordingly and any applicable refunds will be issued within 48 hours. Cancellations made after that window may not be eligible for adjustments or refunds.

Payment for our Bring Your Own Groceries (BYOG) Service is due in full at the time of booking to secure your cooking session. This covers the preparation, cooking, portioning, and packaging of your meals using the groceries you provide.
